U-M guessing game goes on at QB

ANN ARBOR -- It's a new week, and that means it's time for the next installment of "Who will be Michigan's starting quarterback?"

Coach Rich Rodriguez left that question unanswered during a news conference Monday, but it certainly sounds as though Steven Threet has staked his claim for the job after his second-half performance Saturday in a 25-23 loss to Utah in the opener.

Nick Sheridan started against Utah and played the first half. Both quarterbacks had positive moments, and both had moments when they struggled.
