ANN ARBOR -- Twenty-four hours -- that's how long Michigan coach Rich Rodriguez wants his players to savor a victory or dwell on a loss.
So how were the 24 hours after Michigan's 45-20 loss to Illinois at Michigan Stadium on Saturday, a game that saw the Wolverines give up the most points at home since a 51-31 loss to Florida State in 1991?
"Pretty miserable," quarterback Steven Threet said. "It's tough especially because until you watch the game -- I can remember for the most part all the plays and go through them in my head -- but until you watch the game and see what kind of mistakes were made, it's difficult.
"Sometimes, watching the game helps, but in this case, I think it made it a little bit worse."
Senior cornerback Morgan Trent said the hangover from the loss is over. Time to move on.
