"The Big Ten Network's goal is to give fans the most in-depth coverage of their favorite teams," said Big Ten Network President Mark Silverman. "With so many conference games, plus our studio shows, Big Ten basketball fans will be able to get everything they need to stay on top of what will be a very competitive conference race."
The Big Ten Network will feature a doubleheader on Wednesdays, titled ""Big Ten Super Wednesdays,"" that will be preceded by a 30-minute Big Ten Tip-Off Show and a post-game show immediately following. The network also will air games on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, with one Thursday night contest set, and the Big Ten Tip-Off Show each weekend.
The Big Ten Network also will air a significant number of non-conference men's basketball games. Additionally, the network will stream a limited number of exhibition and non-conference games on BigTenNetwork.com that could also air on a delayed basis. Prior to the start of the season, fans can go to BTN for the full schedule.
