Michigan Football Tidbits: Offensive/Defensive Depth Chart -- Updated 4/9/2010
Remember several players are being held out or just coming back from injury when looking at this depth chart. This chart is based on that one date and is flexible day to day.
Offensive Depth Chart:
SE: Roy Roundtree
SL: Martavious Odoms 75% ... Kelvin Grady 25%
LT: Taylor Lewan 70% ... Mark Huyge 20% ... Ricky Barnum 10%
LG: Steve Schilling
OC: Rocko Khoury
RG: Patrick Omameh
RT: Mark Huyge 80% ... Michael Schofield 20%
SL: Terrence Robinson 75% ... Kelvin Grady 25%
SE: Darryl Stonum
QB: Denard Robinson 55% ... Tate Forcier 45%
RB: Michael Shaw 75% ... Fitzgerald Touissaint 25%
*** When TE is used Martell Webb.
Vincent Smith -- out for the spring.
David Molk -- out for spring.
Kevin Koger -- (Red Jersey).
Perry Dorrestein -- (Red Jersey).
Quick Offensive Tidbits:
Practice was in helmets and shells today which means no real pass rush and not easy day to prepare for scrimmage on Saturday.
If one had to rank the quarterbacks right now on this day, it would go as follows: Denard and Tate neck and neck -- slight touch ahead for Denard with Devin following. Tate probably had one of his better days at practice and looked crisper/more in rhythm today.
They did throw a couple deep passes today as well.
Defensive Depth Chart
DT: Greg Banks
NT: Will Campbell
DE: Ryan Van Bergen
WLB: Jonas Mouton 80% ... Kevin Leach 20%
MLB: Obi Ezeh
SLB: Craig Roh (Green Jersey)
BC = J.T. Floyd (Green Jersey)
FC = Troy Woolfolk
SS: Thomas Gordon (Bandit)
SS: Jordan Kovacs (Spur)
FS: Cam Gordon (Deep Safety)
Defense hard to really judge when you cannot rush hard, tackle, etc... as normal the running backs would keep running 20 yards afterwards even though the defenders were there and wrapping them up.
