Mailbag question: What goes on at the Michigan Clinics

Are you going to the coaches clinic all three days and what actually goes on at these coaches clinics? Do you just get to listen to various coaches speak or do you get to meet and greet them as well? Do you get to see practice?

Thanks for the question. CoachBt will only be able to attend the clinic on Friday and Saturday while Eroc will attend all three days. Thursday will be in shorts and helmets, Friday full pads and Saturday will be a scrimmage.

On Thursday and Friday the Michigan coaching staff will lecture on techniques and strategies they believe in. During breaks and at other times you usually get chance to ask additional questions and talk to the coaches. Saturday will be all about Coach Barwis and his philosophy. I have not seen or heard Coach Barwis talk in two or three years. And yes we get to see an on-field demo Friday practice and scrimmage on Saturday.
