Should have gotten a better picture of it, but in the background of this picture, you see the juice bar in which a “donor” donated 100,000 dollars for the upgrade. It has a fountain dispenser in which they have all different kinds of Gatorade. Then they have several frozen juice dispenser with different flavored drinks and a couple of recovery drink dispensers as well. In addition, they have a huge refrigerator where they can keep drink and water bottle cooler. Also behind the fountain drink dispenser they have energy bars and healthy snacks for the kids.
One million dollars spent on equipment to refurbish the Michigan Football weight room.. You can see all the new equipment and we were told that 95% of it is new. The only things that looked like they keep were the weights because you can tell the difference between the new weights and the old because the new ones are color-coded and have a rubber lining around them where they old weights are showing.
The machines in the picture is what they use for reverse sit-ups and can be used for other things as well and notice the different sized medicine balls as well. Everything is colorized as well with the yellow medicine balls and everywhere you look a Michigan logo on all the machines.
This picture you will notice a jukebox that was donated from two offensive right guards from Chicago, Caldarazzo (#56) class of 1970 and Becker (#65) class of 1981.
