Tate Forcier

Overview:
Good athlete who makes up for lack of ideal size with swagger and style of play. Capable of making plays with arm and legs. More of passer 1st who can make plays running if needed.

Strengths:
Take charge QB who has outstanding feel and knowledge of the game. Makes very good decisions with the ball and gets everyone involved. He is a very good ball handler who rides his fakes and does not rush the play. Very quick and has nice feet and overall movement skills. He looks very comfortable playing in the gun, or under center.

Needs Work:
Has good, but not great arm strength and average size. Also, he has a tendency to throw off his back foot and at times does not force the ball up on boots and rolls. Also needs to tuck the ball away when he scrambles. Lack of size causes him to pull the ball down early and scramble; if he were taller, he might easily deliver the pass instead of scrambling.
