Michigan Basketball and Hockey Tickets available

Dear Michigan Fan,

Congratulations to the Michigan Men’s Basketball team, who was selected to play in the 2009 NCAA Basketball Tournament. They will play Clemson in the first round this Thursday March 19, 2009 in Kansas City, MO.

A limited number of tickets are still available to see the Wolverines play in the NCAA tournament.

As a U-M fan, you may order two tickets at $73 each (includes a $10 athletic department surcharge) as follows:

NCAA BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT TICKET POLICIES

Second Round Game: NCAA ticket orders are good for both the first and second rounds assuming we win our first round game. If Michigan does not proceed to the second round, those orders will not be charged or filled. Customers will not be allowed to order first round tickets without ordering second round tickets of $73 each and vice versa.

Seating: Because of the short time available to allocate and distribute tickets, requests to sit with other customers will not be accepted.

Delivery: All tickets will be held for pick-up. Customers (or his or her designee) must pick up their tickets on Thursday March 19 by showingaphoto ID as follows:

Noon to 3:30 p. m. in the lobby of the Sheraton Suites Country Club Plaza.; or
At will call starting at 4:40 p.m. at the Grand Street level (west side) entrance of the Sprint Center. Game time is 6:10 p.m.

If Michigan wins its first round game, second round tickets ($73 each) will be charged and available for pick up at the team hotel and will call at designated times.

Disability: The Athletic Department encourages persons with disabilities to attend this game. If you obtain tickets to this NCAA tournament game from the waiting list and need a wheelchair accessible ticket or have questions about the physical access provided, please call the Ticket Office.

Miscellaneous: In case of over subscription, a refund will be issued. The Ticket Office unconditionally reserves the right to make refunds. The Michigan Ticket Department assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets. If you do not honor your returned check promptly, your ticket order will be cancelled. All sales are final. No refund or exchanges will be honored.
