Isaiah Bell: (Safety or Linebacker)Overview:
Bell has ability to play either Safety, or grow into a Linebacker. Fits nicely at nickel, bandit, and spur in 3-3 odd stack defense. Coach Shafer calls this Okie 8. In addition, shows skill set to be outstanding special team’s player.
Strengths:
Sound physical tackler who fills the alley well. He has a nice combination of size, quickness, and explosion. Plays ball well in the air and is extremely dangerous after the catch.
Needs Work:
He needs to keep his feet moving and drive through the ball carrier. Gets lost in space and loses sight of Quarterback.
