Mailbag Question: Did defense play a lot tougher?

Did it seem to you that the defense played a lot tougher along with playing more aggressive? Was that by design or by what team they were playing?

They looked good for a change and almost the entire game.

Thanks for the question. Little bit of both in our opinion. Minnesota did not play as well as they have in past. Losing their top Wide Receiver also hurt their chances.

However, Michigan defense and staff also get props. They played harder and faster. There were actually some hard hits.
