Mailbag Question: Did you see Coach Rod's press conference

Hey Guys,

Were you guys able to watch the press conference of Coach Rod? What do you guys think about what he said of his coaches, players, etc. Before you made the point to think Coach Shafer would be gone. Do you still feel that way?

Also watching the post game interview did it seem almost like Coach Rod has given up or he is a beaten man the way he looked and acted after the game. He sure was not his "cheerful good old boy" like he was before the season started.

Thanks for the question. Tough to draw any conclusion about what Coach Rod is really thinking. Press conferences are not reliable indicators in our opinion. Actions speak louder than Words and switching defenses tells us more than any press conference ever will.
