Overview: He is a tall rangy athlete who plays inside linebacker in high school. He could easily grow into a defensive end or play the hybrid in Coach Robinson's defense. If defense does not work out could also play Max back on offense.
Strengths: He runs very well for a player his size and has an excellent quick burst and closing speed. He is a sound and physical tackler.
Needs Work: He loses leverage at times. He must learn to keep his knees bent. His feet have a tendency to stop moving.

I know the old adage that you can't teach size and speed, but this kid's video struck me as woefully average. Doesn't get low enough on his tackles, doesn't deliver the hit. It would have made sense to offer this kid maybe later on in the recruiting cycle, but isn't it a little early to be taking on projects?
