thanks for posting, interesting to watch; if he doesn't have a better season this year, he may just go crazy; seemed like an emotional speech, hardly a pep rally kind of speech; seems like a very humble and maybe even broken man giving an almost apology speech with his friends, family, staff and supporters there. I hope the team does better this year.
