While I don't doubt your observations, they are judged by the results. To my amateur eye, our fundamentals have been very poor. Just our inability to protect the football has been absurdly poor -- we fumble almost a kick a game, and I have many memories of Forcier, even at the end of the season, running with the ball held out in one hand. Big play after big play was given up by defenders who are out of position.
I don't doubt the coaches try their best and must have some skill -- WVU didn't have these problems -- but it's hard to complement them at this point. I hope 2010 is much different!
