Pictures of the refurbished weight room part 2

These machines will flex you when you are putting yourself into different positions. They have directions on this and shows you where to put your "parts" and what it will stretch and flex. Also a cool machine that I didn't get a picture of was the "shaker" where it shakes the entire body of the athlete when he is on it. To many people were around it when i was in there.
Here are half of the exercise balls that several players had problems with at the very beginning.
Here is the new flooring, which is hard rubber squared flooring, and you can see some of the older weights that were kept.
Here is half of the dumbbells with the mirrored glass.
