Mailbag question: Early commits and who to make room for

If you had to shed a few early commits from this recruiting class to make room for some big name signing day prospects, who would it be?

Thanks for the question.
This is one of those tough situations that we would rather not answer at this time with specific names of recruits, simply because such comments are observer opinions and not based on the rationale or decisions of the coaching staff. Also, we are not purely stargazers, who automatically seek to “trade in” three star players for anyone rated higher by a service.
The first thing to watch for are players who do not qualify, our information is that there are two who have not yet done qualified.
After that, Michigan has five split ends/slot receivers committed, in our opinion that would be a pretty good place to start any speculation, if one so chooses. Of course, some players recruited on offense could possible play defense, but as of right now those players are being told they are offense first and then we will see.

haha, ok I'm the a**hole. But it looks like all the harsh words for Nick Saban oversigning can now be directed towards RR. It appears that of the kids committed today, not all of them will sign, so this is a tough reality, friends.
looks like RR and staff's strategy of offering everybody who can put on a jock has backfired, as predicted. Whoops.
